I bought this expecting it to become my backup jacket and it somehow became the one I wear most. The loose fit makes a huge difference when doing grabs because nothing pulls across my shoulders. I've used it in light snow, wet conditions and a couple colder evenings without any durability issues. On the coldest days I just throw a hoodie underneath. After around a dozen sessions it still looks really good. Hard to argue with the quality at this price.
clean freestyle fit
Really good deal
looks sick
I've owned more expensive jackets that didn't feel noticeably better than this.
Quality for cheap
The fit is good and it feels durable for what it costs.
Was skeptical because of the price but its actually a solid jacket.
Loose enough to move around comfortably and I like the overall shape. Mine arrived quickly and looked the same as the pictures.
I'd say the fit is definitely on the baggier side, which makes sense for a freestyle jacket.
Used it during a warm day where the snow was wet and heavy. Stayed comfortable and the outside didn't immediately soak through like my old cheap jacket did.
It isn't overly heavy, which I like when I'm doing laps through the park. Still feels substantial enough that I don't worry about every little fall destroying it.
The fit is loose enough for freestyle without feeling huge. I can layer a hoodie underneath and still move normally.
I normally hate jackets that feel tight through the shoulders when I'm skiing park. This one has enough space that grabs and spins feel natural. Sleeves also stay where I want them instead of riding halfway up my arms. I wore it for three straight days at the hill in February and it still looked basically new afterward. At this price I'm impressed.
I've fallen on rails, slid across packed snow and caught the jacket on the edge of a feature once already. Somehow there's still no rip in it. The fabric isn't what I expected from something this inexpensive at all.
Ordered it mainly because I wanted a cheap jacket I wouldn't be scared to beat up in the park. When it arrived the material immediately felt thicker and nicer than I expected. I've probably used it around 15 days now, including plenty of falls, and the stitching is still fine. It also has enough room for a sweatshirt underneath without making my arms feel restricted. Definitely one of those purchases where the price doesn't really match how good it feels.
Been using it mostly for park laps and it gives me way more room to move than my old jacket. For the price I honestly expected thinner material, but it feels surprisingly solid.
I originally went too large because I wanted the baggy look, but it was more oversized than I expected. Exchanged down one size and the new one is exactly what I wanted. Still loose enough for freestyle but doesn't swallow me. The exchange was easy and the replacement showed up pretty fast. Quality feels excellent considering what this costs.
Colour and fit were pretty much what I expected from the pictures. Feels like a good deal compared with most freestyle jackets I've looked at.
I like the look and movement a lot but I underestimated how much I'd need to layer on really cold days. At around -22°C I needed a base layer and thick hoodie underneath. There's thankfully enough room to do that without restricting movement. The material itself seems durable and I haven't had any problems with the stitching. I'd call it a good park jacket, just not something I'd rely on by itself in extreme cold.
I've worn it over just a base layer on warmer park days and over a thick hoodie when it gets colder. There's enough room for either setup without the jacket feeling awkward.
Material feels much more substantial than I expected in this price range. The relaxed cut works especially well for park skiing and doesn't bunch up when moving around.
Park ready
It's roomy through the body and shoulders without looking completely shapeless. Exactly what I wanted for freestyle skiing.
Wanted something simple and loose for park days without spending $400 on a jacket. This has been perfect so far. It looks like the photos and feels better made than the price suggests.
I wanted a relaxed fit but this was a little wider through the body than I personally like. Material quality is honestly good for the price and it seemed durable, so my issue is mostly just preference.
way better than expected
I brought this on a five-day ski trip and basically wore it every day. Most of my time was split between the park and regular runs, and I never felt restricted hitting jumps or rails. Took a couple decent falls and the outer material didn't tear or get noticeably scuffed. It was around -12°C one morning and with a hoodie underneath I was comfortable. For how little I paid compared with the jackets my friends have, the quality is kind of ridiculous.
The jacket itself feels well made and I like the freestyle fit a lot. Below about -18°C I personally need a pretty heavy layer underneath, so don't expect the jacket alone to do everything. For normal park days it's been good.
Wore it for a full day of park laps and forgot about it, which is probably the best compliment I can give a jacket.
