Shipping policy
Last Updated: October 1, 2026
This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through SKI SUPPLY. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the shipping terms described below.
1. PROCESSING AND FULFILLMENT
Orders require processing before shipment. Processing times may vary depending on the product, supplier, order volume, product availability, destination, holidays, and other circumstances.
Some SKI SUPPLY products are fulfilled through third-party suppliers and fulfillment partners. Products may therefore be shipped directly from third-party warehouses or suppliers, including locations outside the customer’s country.
Processing and fulfillment timeframes displayed on our website are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.
Except where required by applicable law, an order is not eligible for a refund, cancellation, credit, or compensation solely because processing or fulfillment takes longer than originally estimated.
2. ESTIMATED SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIMES
All shipping, processing, and delivery dates or timeframes provided by SKI SUPPLY are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates, unless expressly stated otherwise.
Orders may take longer than estimated to process, ship, clear customs, or be delivered.
Delivery times can vary significantly depending on the destination, supplier, shipping carrier, customs processing, product availability, order volume, weather, holidays, logistical disruptions, transportation disruptions, government action, inspections, or other circumstances.
A shipment exceeding an estimated delivery timeframe does not, by itself, mean that the shipment is lost.
Except where required by applicable law, SKI SUPPLY does not provide refunds, cancellations, credits, discounts, charge reimbursements, or other compensation solely because an order or package takes longer than expected to process, ship, or arrive.
Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law.
3. SHIPPING DELAYS
Shipping delays may occur before or after an order has been shipped.
Delays may result from circumstances including, but not limited to:
- Supplier processing times;
- Carrier delays;
- Customs clearance or inspections;
- Import processing;
- Weather;
- Holidays;
- High shipping volumes;
- Transportation disruptions;
- Product availability;
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping information;
- Local delivery disruptions;
- Government or regulatory actions;
- International shipping disruptions; or
- Other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
SKI SUPPLY cannot guarantee that an order will arrive by a particular date unless we expressly provide a guaranteed delivery service.
Customers should therefore not place orders on the assumption that an item is guaranteed to arrive before a particular event, holiday, trip, ski season, birthday, or other date.
Except where required by applicable law, delays alone do not create a right to a refund, return, cancellation, credit, or compensation.
4. SEPARATE SHIPMENTS
Orders containing multiple products may be fulfilled by different suppliers or fulfillment locations.
As a result, products purchased in the same order may:
- Be shipped separately;
- Have different tracking numbers;
- Originate from different locations;
- Use different shipping carriers; and
- Arrive on different dates.
Receiving only part of an order does not necessarily mean that the remaining products are missing or lost.
This applies particularly to orders containing multiple products, bundles, or mystery boxes.
Separate shipments and differences in delivery dates between packages are not grounds for a refund, cancellation, credit, or compensation, except where required by applicable law.
5. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
SKI SUPPLY ships to selected international destinations.
Products may be shipped internationally from a country different from the customer’s country of residence. Customers acknowledge that international shipments may be subject to customs clearance and additional processing by customs authorities and shipping carriers.
International shipments may take longer than domestic shipments.
Customs processing times are outside SKI SUPPLY’s direct control and can vary substantially between countries and individual shipments.
6. CUSTOMS DUTIES, IMPORT TAXES, VAT AND OTHER CHARGES
International shipments may be subject to additional charges imposed by the destination country, customs authority, government, shipping carrier, or other third party.
These charges may include, without limitation:
- Customs duties;
- Import duties;
- Import taxes;
- Value Added Tax (VAT);
- Goods and Services Tax (GST);
- Sales taxes;
- Tariffs;
- Customs processing charges;
- Brokerage fees;
- Disbursement fees;
- Carrier handling fees;
- Customs clearance fees; and
- Other government, customs, carrier, or import-related charges.
Unless a particular tax, duty, or import charge is expressly stated as included in the product price or collected from the customer at checkout, the customer is responsible for any applicable charges assessed in connection with the importation or delivery of their order, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
The amount of these charges is determined by the applicable authorities, carriers, and laws and may depend on factors including the destination, product classification, country of origin, declared value, and contents of the shipment.
SKI SUPPLY does not control independently assessed customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, carrier charges, or similar charges and generally cannot predict their exact amount in advance.
Customers ordering internationally should be aware that additional charges may therefore become payable before or upon delivery.
Nothing in this section shifts a tax, customs, VAT, or other obligation to the customer where applicable law requires SKI SUPPLY to collect, report, remit, or otherwise be responsible for that obligation.
7. TAXES OR DUTIES COLLECTED AT CHECKOUT
For certain destinations or orders, SKI SUPPLY or its checkout, payment, shipping, or fulfillment systems may calculate or collect applicable taxes, duties, or other charges during checkout.
If a particular charge is expressly collected at checkout, the customer will not be required by this policy to voluntarily pay SKI SUPPLY that same charge a second time.
However, customs authorities or carriers may independently assess additional amounts because of customs classifications, shipment contents, applicable laws, brokerage charges, processing fees, or other circumstances.
If you believe you have been charged the same tax or duty twice, contact us with documentation of both charges so that the situation can be reviewed.
8. VAT
Certain countries and regions impose Value Added Tax (“VAT”) on imported or purchased goods.
Depending on the destination, order value, fulfillment location, applicable tax rules, and SKI SUPPLY’s tax configuration, VAT may:
- Be included in the displayed price;
- Be collected during checkout;
- Be collected during importation;
- Be collected by a shipping carrier or customs authority before delivery; or
- Otherwise be handled as required by applicable law.
Where VAT is not collected by SKI SUPPLY at checkout and applicable law permits VAT to be collected from the recipient upon importation, the customer may be required to pay VAT before receiving the shipment.
Nothing in this policy overrides any VAT collection, registration, reporting, or remittance obligation imposed directly on SKI SUPPLY by applicable law.
9. DAP AND DDP SHIPMENTS
International shipments may be handled under different shipping terms depending on the supplier, carrier, destination, and fulfillment method.
Where an order is shipped Delivered At Place (DAP), applicable import duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and similar import charges may be collected from the customer by the carrier or customs authority.
Where an order is shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), applicable import charges covered by the DDP arrangement are handled through the applicable shipping arrangement.
Unless SKI SUPPLY expressly states that an order is being shipped with duties and applicable import taxes prepaid or included, customers should not assume that all potential import charges have been prepaid.
10. REFUSAL TO PAY CUSTOMS OR IMPORT CHARGES
If a customer refuses to pay customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges that the customer is legally responsible for paying, the shipment may be delayed, held, abandoned, destroyed, or returned by the carrier or customs authority.
Refusing to pay an applicable import charge does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund, replacement, credit, or reshipment, except where required by applicable law.
Any refund that is legally required in connection with a refused or returned international shipment will be handled according to applicable law and our Return & Refund Policy.
11. CUSTOMER SHIPPING INFORMATION
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information when placing an order.
This includes, where applicable:
- Full recipient name;
- Street address;
- Apartment or unit number;
- City;
- Province, state, or region;
- Postal or ZIP code;
- Country;
- Telephone number; and
- Any other information reasonably required for delivery.
Customers should immediately contact SKI SUPPLY if they discover an error in their shipping information.
We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or fulfillment.
Except where required by applicable law, SKI SUPPLY is not responsible for delivery failures, losses, additional shipping charges, customs issues, or delays resulting from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.
12. FAILED DELIVERY AND UNCLAIMED PACKAGES
Customers are responsible for monitoring available tracking information and making reasonable arrangements to receive their shipments.
Packages may be returned, held, or otherwise affected if:
- Delivery is repeatedly unsuccessful;
- The recipient is unavailable;
- The customer provides an incorrect address;
- The customer fails to collect a package;
- The customer refuses delivery; or
- Required customs/import charges are not paid.
Such circumstances do not automatically create a right to a refund, replacement, credit, or free reshipment, except where required by applicable law.
13. LOST OR UNDELIVERED PACKAGES
A package is not considered lost solely because it has exceeded its estimated delivery timeframe.
If tracking continues to indicate that a package is in transit, additional delivery time may be required.
If a carrier confirms that a shipment has been lost, or the shipment is otherwise legally considered lost or undelivered, contact SKI SUPPLY with your order information.
We will review the circumstances and provide an appropriate resolution where required, which may include replacement or refund.
14. TRACKING INFORMATION
Tracking information may be provided when available.
Tracking information can take time to update after a shipment has been processed or transferred between carriers.
International orders may also be transferred between multiple shipping carriers, and tracking information may temporarily stop updating during transit or customs processing.
A temporary absence of tracking updates does not necessarily mean that a package has been lost.
15. MYSTERY BOX SHIPPING
Mystery box orders may contain multiple products fulfilled from different suppliers or locations.
Products included within a single mystery box purchase may therefore arrive:
- In multiple packages;
- At different times;
- Through different carriers; and
- From different fulfillment locations.
A mystery box is considered an order for the products allocated to that purchase and does not necessarily represent one physical package or one shipment.
The arrival of one mystery box item before another does not mean the remaining portion of the order is lost or missing.
16. ORDER CANCELLATIONS AFTER SHIPPING
Customer cancellation requests must be submitted according to our Return & Refund Policy.
Once an order has entered processing, fulfillment, or shipment, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Our standard cancellation period is 1 hour after the order is placed, subject to mandatory cancellation or withdrawal rights provided by applicable law.
17. SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping charges displayed at checkout are based on the available shipping options for the order and destination.
Shipping charges paid to SKI SUPPLY do not necessarily include independently imposed customs duties, import taxes, VAT, tariffs, brokerage charges, or carrier processing fees unless expressly stated otherwise.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or expressly provided under our Return & Refund Policy.
18. CHANGES TO THIS SHIPPING POLICY
SKI SUPPLY may update this Shipping Policy from time to time.
The most current version will be published on our website with an updated “Last Updated” date.
Changes will not eliminate rights that cannot legally be excluded or retroactively remove rights already acquired under applicable law.
19. APPLICABLE CONSUMER RIGHTS
Nothing in this Shipping Policy is intended to waive, restrict, or eliminate rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer-protection, tax, customs, or other laws.
Where a provision of this Shipping Policy conflicts with a mandatory legal requirement, the mandatory legal requirement will apply to the extent of that conflict.
