SMITH Squad XL Goggles Low Bridge Fit

I wanted the oversized Squad XL look but regular goggles rarely sit correctly on my face. These finally give me both. They sit much better around my nose and cheekbones, the frame feels secure without overtightening the strap and the huge lens gives me tons of visibility. I've used them for long resort days and park sessions without getting uncomfortable. The lens has stayed clear for me during normal riding and the strap doesn't slide around on my helmet. This is probably the best match I've found for my face shape.

The large lens gives me plenty of peripheral vision and the low bridge fit keeps everything sitting where I want it.

I can see around me really well when lining up features and the goggles stay secure on my face.

The fit around my nose is excellent but these are seriously big goggles. Great if that's the look and view you want.

The low bridge fit works nicely for my face but the overall XL size is a little bigger than I normally prefer. Still comfortable though.

The low bridge shape itself worked well but I realized the XL frame is more goggle than I personally want. I'd probably go with a smaller version next time.

It took some experimenting to get the goggles and my helmet sitting perfectly together. Once I adjusted everything they've been really comfortable.

Perfect fit

Wore these from the morning until late afternoon and didn't get uncomfortable around my nose or cheeks.

The XL size gives me the big field of view I wanted but the low bridge shape is what really made these work. They sit comfortably across my face and feel secure instead of leaving an annoying gap around my nose.

I barely notice the sides of the frame while I'm skiing. Really nice when the mountain is busy.

This solved the main issue I had with my previous goggles. They actually sit comfortably against the bridge instead of feeling like the rest of the frame is floating above it. I also really like the oversized view for park riding.

Super clean

I usually have trouble finding goggles that don't feel awkward around the bridge of my nose. These were noticeably better from the first day. The extra room and padding around the bridge made the fit feel much more natural on my face and the XL lens gives me a ton of visibility. They've also stayed comfortable during long park sessions. The strap stays put nicely with my helmet too. Easily my favourite pair right now.

I wasn't sure whether low bridge fit would make that much difference but for my face it absolutely did. The goggles feel much more evenly supported instead of putting pressure in a couple spots. I can wear them for hours without thinking about the fit. The XL lens is huge and gives me a really open view when I'm riding. I've taken a few falls with them already and they've stayed solid. Haven't felt any need to go back to my old pair.
